Available tools in CoESRA

When using the CoESRA virtual desktop, you can access the following applications:

Programming Environments:

• Jupyter Notebook

• RStudio

• VSCode
  
  

Data Tools:

• Biodiverse

• OpenRefine

• Panoply

• QGIS and QGIS Browser

• nodeodm (in the Drone Workbench folder of GPU desktops)

 

Workflow Tools:

• KNime

• Kepler

• MacroEcoDesktop

General Applications:

File Sharing:

• NextCloud Desktop (in the Accessories folder)

• Dropbox (dropbox volume will appear in Computer window)

Documents and images:

• LibreOffice suite (in the Office folder)

• Atril Document Viewer (in the Office folder)

• Eye of MATE Image Viewer (in the Graphics folder)

To access any of these applications, click on the Applications menu. Unless noted, tools are located in the CoESRA folder.
