What web browser is available within the CoESRA virtual desktop?
Only Firefox is available as part of the virtual desktop platform.
How can I request a new software application to become available within the CoESRA virtual desktop?
Please contact esupport@tern.org.au with your request.
Can I download and install software inside CoESRA?
No, the system does not allow users to download and install software from the internet. If you require ecological analysis or other software that is not currently available, please email esupport@tern.org.au.
There is a new version of a software package available - what should I do?
We endeavour to ensure the all software is up to date, however updates and bug fixes are constantly being released by developers. Please contact esupport@tern.org.au to let us know so that we can update the software package to the latest version.
