CoESRA has pre-installed a number of R packages relevant to ecological data analysis and visualisation so that users can call libraries directly without having to spend valuable time on package installation. The packages are listed below and are accessible from R or R Studio.

Users can also install R packages as part of their code at any time, however those packages will not persist between desktops. They will need to be installed every time a new desktop is provisioned.
