Welcome to the TERN Usage Tracking Manual

The TERN Usage Tracking provides reports that show statistical usage information for most of the TERN systems that provide data to the users. These reports show useful information such as, the datasets downloaded, number of downloads, country, city, organization, user domain, etc.

These reports can be viewed from the TERN Kibana dashboard interface. Furthermore, the reports can be downloaded as CSV data for further analysis or to create much more elaborate integrated reports.

The following documents contain information on how to use and download (as CSV) each report for each TERN system. Furthermore, we show the reports (screenshots) and describe what each report is designed to reveal about the data.
