Goals

Follow up on Felicity’s review of the voucher table and investigate whether we can get an URI for each of the determined voucher
Lifespan addition through all plants FOIs?
Associate dominance definition
- Definition for association dominance categories (it seems to be within the context of the community, e.g. which plant are on the overstorey of the community)
What to do with fungi (e.g. Cortinaria in suovemeasure)
Review of suupstorey table (plant species in understorey stratum?)
- what is upstoreyseqnr number
- what other tables or variables should be joined?
Review of overstorey tables
- relationship between suovemeasure (plant spp within a stratum?) and suoverstorey (the average of the stratum?)
- suovemeasure
  - check if all columns that need to be present are present
  - Concepts. plant height concept (is it relative to the ground or relative to the absolute plant height, e.g. orchid on a tree)
  - Definitions and units for "OSTOREYHEIGHT", "CROWNDEPTH", "CANOPYDIAM","CANOPYGAP".
  - Units seem to be a combination of centimeters and meters. This seems to propagate through to suoverstorey: eg see grasses (Graminods) have a range of heights (0.013- 28) overlapping with Myrtaceae (0.08 - 16)
    - This information propagates to suoverstorey for example see sv."VISITNR" = 6194 in suoverstorey
Review of plant community table
- what is suvisage class? Is it done at the site level? there seems to be up to 6 per site visit
- Missing vocabs for lstr."STRLIFEFORMNR" ,lstr."PROJFOLCOVERNR and "DOMINSPCODE”
Other questions
- Dropping OSTOREYSPECHTNR, SHRUBSPECHTNR,GROUNDSPECHTNR in suvisit table? This values are mostly empty (> 99% cells missing)
- suplantassembly table seems to not contain much information, are there other observations from other tables that should completement the information on this table?
