One ObservationCollection has multiple species

<https://linked.data.gov.au/dataset/bdr/7da85db3-b9e4-4647-a880-48f948f7c725/submission/a5cb997e-c2e5-41b6-8014-0a61918baf55/observation-collection/vegetation-stratum-ad9100ac-06b7-067d-3ecb-16f962705771>

After reading the protocol again, I found it would be better to separate observations for each stratum by species too, as there are species specific observations like the average species height. Feature type and FoI are still vegetation stratum.

2 ObservationCollection could have the same vegetation stratum as the FoI cuz up to 3 species can be recorded for each stratum.

MaterialSample has no location

Please add the same geometry to MaterialSample as well

Attribute node vegetation mapping point ID is repeated in all Observations

Please move the attribute node vegetation mapping point ID to ObservationCollection level.

Attribute node stratum type is repeated in all Observations

Please move the attribute node stratum type to ObservationCollection level.
