When using the CoESRA virtual desktop, you can access the following applications:

Programming Environments:

  • Jupyter Notebook

  • RStudio

  • VSCode

Data Tools:

  • Biodiverse

  • OpenRefine

  • Panoply

  • QGIS and QGIS Browser

  • nodeodm (in the Drone Workbench folder of GPU desktops)

Workflow Tools:

  • KNime

  • Kepler

  • MacroEcoDesktop

General Applications:

File Sharing:

  • NextCloud Desktop (in the Accessories folder)

  • Dropbox (menu also in the upper right corner)

Documents and images:

  • LibreOffice suite (in the Office folder)

  • Atril Document Viewer (in the Office folder)

  • Eye of MATE Image Viewer (in the Graphics folder)

To access any of these applications, click on the Application menu, then select the CoESRA folder to access all the tools offered.
