Getting Started
Log in to SHaRED, you will be asked to authenticate via AAF
Click to Create new Record
Add a title for the submission
Pick TERN Template as the Template
Data Identification
Check that the title is reflects the data submission
This the date that the metadata is submitted
Add a topic (ISO)
Set status to completed if this is a self contained one-off dataset

Abstract, give an overview
Purpose, including potential use of the data
Enter Research theme keywords (GCMD Science Keywords)
Enter Research theme keywords (ANZSRC Fields of Research)
Add any additional keywords not available in the Research themes

Add Long Lat coordinates of the centre of the dataset. Make west and east limit the same, make north and south limit the same.
How
The method used to assess the data quality
Type a statement to indicate the results of the data quality assessment
Who
About
Click to add parameter
Select the parameter, eg RGB or Relative reflectance value
Select Unit type, eg Unitless
For platform, select the drone model
For instrument, select the sensor
Enter the file format of the processed product
Type a brief summary of how the data was collected and processed to produce the data set.
