Acoustic data can be uploaded using a SFTP client, or using the Web Client with your organisational email or gmail address.

Access

To start uploading the Acoustic data, your account needs to be setup in sftpGo (https://sftpgo.tern.org.au/).
You can request access to the SFTP upload, by sending an email to esupport@tern.org.au with:

  • Subject: Acoustic data upload request

  • Content:

    • The site details you need to upload acoustic data to.

    • If not for yourself, add the email addresses of the users that need to be able to upload data.

The TERN Data Team will process the request and let you know when you account has been setup, and inform you of your username.

Web Interface Uploads

The sftpGo web interface is an interactive platform to upload your data.
From the My Files menu you can select the folder you want to upload the data to.
