Access the TERN helpdesk using https://ternaus.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals

TERN helpdesk homepage should like this below;

Select the desired category from the list;

For eg. CoESRA Platform.

Click on CoESRA Platform which should display like this below;

Now, select the categories related to CoESRA.
