Do I need to login to access TERN helpdesk?

To engage with the TERN Helpdesk, registration and login is NOT required. You will need to provide an active email to raise a support request/ticket where the updates(request related) can be shared.

To view the request online, you will have to login to the Helpdesk.
If you forgot your password, you can request a new password after you have provided your registered email address.
