Viewing Submitted Sample Requests

To view a submitted Sample Request or EOI, users can select the “View” or “EOI Form” button from the Actions menu on the My Samples Request page.

Selecting “View” will direct the user to the Sample Request, which will have a Status of “Submitted” and Package Status of “Complete”. The Sample Request (including the EOI) can also be downloaded from this page.

Selecting “EOI Form” from will take the user to the submitted EOI form.

Note that while users can view the submitted EOI form, they cannot withdraw or resubmit the form.

For any changes to the EOI form or samples requested after submission, users should contact the TERN Adelaide team. Please note that eSupport can assist with queries and can also forward the request to the TERN Adelaide team.
