Saving and Editing the EOI Form

The EOI form requires specific information, allowing users to save and edit it later. It also auto-saves regularly to prevent data loss. After saving, users can access the form through their My Sample Requests page and select “EOI Form” under the Actions menu.

After selecting “EOI Form,” users can update the form following the instructions on https://ternaus.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TERNSup/pages/3212181895. When ready, users can submit the form using the instructions on https://ternaus.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TERNSup/pages/3212182114.

Users can also select “View” or “Edit” from the Actions menu on the My Sample Requests page if they wish to see or edit their sample cart before updating the EOI Form, with both of these screens containing a “Go to EOI Form” button at the bottom of the page.
