User interface wireframes

There are three primary ways to interrogate the data in EcoPlots.

  1. Observations and measurements data

    1. A user is interested in data about one or more observable properties

    2. A user is interested in data related to plant individuals (a specific feature type)

    3. A user is interested in soil data in a specific spatial region.

  2. Sites/plots information

    1. A user is interested in site-level information

    2. Reporting purposes at the site level

  3. Material samples information

    1. A user is interested in material samples information such as vegetation vouchers, soil specimen, etc.

This document will focus on the user interface from the observations and measurements perspective. Future development on EcoPlots may include user experiences that cater for the other two scenarios.
