Goals

• TDS' plan on the revised phase 3 deliverables starting with https://ternaus.atlassian.net/jira/software/projects/PLOTX/boards/22?selectedIssue=PLOTX-11

  • Identify the observable properties (things that are observed or measured in this module). Reuse or extend the current TERN parameters list. Discuss the process/tool to do this work (e.g. use a spreadsheet?)

  • Identify the categorical controlled vocabularies (LUT) endpoints at https://dev.core-api.paratoo.tern.org.au/documentation and establish a pipeline to represent the data as RDF with a vocab viewer.

  • Discuss with Andrew how the plot description data is structured and what the steps are to transform it to JSON-LD conformant with the information model. Is there reference endpoints for plot description in the Swagger UI yet?

  • Persistent URI namespace
