Protocols team meeting:

    • attributes

      • general comment

      • initial or follow-up

      • area or length of coverage

      • type of debris

      • weight of debris

  • There are surveys in appendix 1. On-ground interventions. Are these interventions despite being surveys? Or are they surveys performed either before or after some intervention has taken place?

    • water quality survey

    • water distribution survey

    • soil testing

    • skills and knowledge survey

    • plant survival survey

    • pest animal survey

    • flora survey

    • fauna survey

    • farm management survey

  • Some other business/management type activities are listed as interventions in appendix 1, e.g.,

    • obtaining relevant approvals

    • negotiating with the community, landholders, farmers, traditional owner groups, agriculture industry groups, etc.

Meeting notes:

Interventions

Colour coded - what is an intervention and what is not

Flora and fauna surveys shouldn’t be part of interventions

synonyms

  • growth stage - all the same

  • outcrop lithology and surface strew lithology are the same

  • growth form is the same across the modules

    • keep dominant growth form

  • habitat description - free text and is the same

  • voucher specimen - boolean

  • voucher specimen id - barcode or QR

  • plant tissue vouchering - call it plant tissue id

  • life stage - same across all modules

    • fauna - it’s referred to as age class

  • vegetation health - same across all modules

  • plant status - same across all modules

  • in-canopy sky - same across all modules

  • number of individuals - targeted survey and vertebrate fauna - same

    • recruitment module - sapling and seedling count - tally count system

  • plant height - across all modules

  • sex - same across all modules

  • plant species in flower - keep it as is

Provide list to protocols team with what names we are using for observable properties and attributes once we have fixed everything
