Click Cancel to close the Add Parameter window.
Click the feedback button on the right hand side of the screen.

For each vocabulary term include the following details in the feedback form:
Label or name
Definition
Source - The citation for the reference document for the term.
Info
Remember to include the title of your data submission document and the email address that you used to login to the SHaRED data submission tool.
