Private sharing

You can share your data and analysis with other members of your group by navigating .

To do this, navigate to your personal home folder and opening open the “project_group_data” folder then finding find your group’s folder. Only the other members of your group will be able to access any data and analysis contained within your group’s folder.

Public sharing

You can share make your data and analysis publicly by opening available to all other users of CoESRA.

To do this, open your personal home folder then navigating navigate to the appropriate common public folder: “public_share_data” or “public_share_workflow” depending on whether you have data or an analysis workflow to share. Inside this the folder there will be a folder with your username which - keep in mind that this folder is accessible by all registered users (unlike your personal home drive folder or group data folder).
