Private sharing

You can share your data and analysis with other members of your group.

To do this, navigate to your personal home folder and open the “project_group_data” folder then find your group’s folder. Only the other members of your group will be able to access any data and analysis contained within your group’s folder.

Public sharing

You can share any make your data and analysis in a publicly available to all other users of CoESRA.

To do this, open your personal home folder then navigate to the appropriate common public folder: “public_share_data” or “public_share_workflow” and under your username, which depending on whether you have data or an analysis workflow to share. Inside the folder there will be a folder with your username - keep in mind that this folder is accessible by all registered userusers (unlike your personal home drive folder or group data folder).
