The Data Sources tab allows users to upload data files or to identify the location of a data servicefrom multiple sources and/or add data services links.

Once your files have finished uploading, they will be listed here , all uploaded files need title.

Click on ‘A title is required’ and fill in enter the title in the pop-up window, and click the [Save] button.

The title will appear on the metadata record. It should allow identifying the content of the file. If your file had already been labelled in a way that allows clear identification (as in the example above) the title can be the same as the file name. To Hence, the title should be relevant and self-explanatory to the data it represents.
User can change their mind and delete a file from the list , click by clicking the [x] on the right-hand side.
Thumbnail
The thumbnail allows you to upload a small image that represents the dataset. This is more relevant to raster data. To upload a thumbnailthe raster datasets:
Drag an image of not more than 3 Mb into the area specified for thumbnails.
Provide a Title for the thumbnail.

Click [Save] to store the input , or [Cancel] to ignore the input. The Add Data services window closes.
